Whois Privacy Protection in Shared Hosting
If you order a shared hosting plan from our company, you’ll be able to enable Whois Privacy Protection for any of your domains on the condition that their extensions support the service. You can register or transfer a domain name and add Whois Privacy Protection during the registration procedure or you can activate the service for any of your domain names at any time later through the Hepsia Control Panel. The procedure is remarkably easy – after you log in, you’ll need to visit the Registered Domains section where you’ll find a list of all the domain names that you have registered with us. For each of them you’ll notice an “Whois Privacy Protection” button, which will tell you if the service is active or not. By clicking on it, you can either Whois Privacy Protect the domain name, or you can deactivate the service if it is currently active.
Whois Privacy Protection in Semi-dedicated Servers
If you’ve got a semi-dedicated server account with our company and you register a domain under it, you can enable our Whois Privacy Protection service effortlessly. This takes just a few clicks in the Registered Domains section of the Hepsia hosting Control Panel, through which you administer everything connected with your semi-dedicated web hosting account. This is where you can see all your registered domain names and for each of them you’ll see an “Whois Privacy Protection” symbol, using which you can enable, renew or remove the Whois Privacy Protection service. Of course, this will be possible only with generic and country-specific extensions that support this option and you will be able to see this beforehand, so that you won’t end up ordering a service that we can’t provide.
